Burner components of pulverized coal-fired furnace are exposed to very severe environments such as oxidation, corrosion and erosion by impingement of pulverized coal particles in high temperature. Our WC Cladding Technology can maximize the service lifetime of spreader support tube, coal spreader, flame holder and other components used in coal power plants in which oxidation and erosion happen complexly in high temperature because stably diffusion bonded high content(15-65wt%) of WC cladding’s erosion resistance is extremely excellent. (HV800/500℃) Along with WC-Cladding technology, ceramic cap of properties of Al2O3 with High Hardness(HV 2,200), which is sintered in 1,400℃, prevents the severe erosion caused by impingement of pulverized coal particles.

High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) coating is a thermal spray coating process used to improve or restore a component’s surface properties or dimensions, thus extending equipment life by significantly increasing erosion and wear resistance, and corrosion protection.Molten or semi-molten materials are sprayed onto the surface by means of the high temperature, high velocity gas stream, producing a dense spray coating which can be ground to a very high surface finish. The utilisation of the HVOF coating technique allows the application of coating materials such as metals, alloys and ceramics to produce a coating of exceptional hardness, outstanding adhesion to the substrate material, and providing substantial wear resistance and corrosion protection.

Hydraulic roller crusher(HRC) process can remarkably increase the productivity of cement manufacturing process. Once the shape of clinkers are changed into pen-cakes through the HRC process, the pulverizing productivity becomes triple. Flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system is a set of technologies used to remove sulfur dioxide (SO2) from exhaust flue gases of fossil-fuel power plants. Even though limestone slurry sprayed in absorber tower removes the sulfur dioxide, some of corrosive elements are still remained in the flue gas and they damage the stack and duct of FGD system. HANA WELTECH’s Electro-Clad Plates are manufactured by 20,000 ampere of special electric resistance welding systems which enable anti-corrosive sheets such as Ti or C-276 alloy to clad on the surface of steel plates. In case of electro-clad plate, small quantity of order is possible and very economic on the contrary of expensive roll-clad plate which is only capable of mass production.
